All in stock items ship 5-7 business days after payment is received, excluding holidays, in the order they were received, unless otherwise noted.
Shipping is provided by REGULAR AIRMAIL via CanadaPost and does not include tracking and Insurance for orders outside of Canada. These additional services are available for purchase under products at an additional cost. If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order.
Shipping rates per general region are indicated below and delivery usually takes anywhere from 3 business days to 8 weeks depending on customer's location for delivery.

For orders outside of Canada, due to the unpredictability of international customs and border control procedures, a guaranteed date of delivery is not available at this time.
At this time, Paypal payments are the only acceptable form of payment for orders placed through the website.
Email Interac Money transfers, Instant Money trasfers & Money Orders are welcome through our ETSY shop for clients without credit card or paypal accounts. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Please note:Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Because of the personal nature of jewelry and waistbeads I will not exchange or refund pieces that have been worn.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have up to 15 days to return the unworn, undamaged item. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Customer is always responsible for all return/replacement shipping charges.
Please, handle your items with care.
Items damaged due to neglect, and accidents on customers part are not my responsibility and will not be refunded or replaced.
